PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking gear device improving meshing accuracy of meshing gears, without enlargement in gear device. SOLUTION: In a so-called rocking gear device constituted of four bevel gears, out of gear pairs of first to fourth gears meshed with and opposed to each other, one gear is formed as a projected tooth as a constant-height tooth constituted of recess grooves extended radially from a gear center at regular intervals on a pitch cone and columnar rollers arranged to be capable of rolling in the recess grooves. The gear meshed with the projected teeth is formed as a recessed tooth as a generating tooth or as an approximately generating tooth formed by generating and transferring the tooth shape of the projected tooth. A rotor includes wall thickness parts formed at both end parts in an axial direction and a wall thick part formed between them, and a second gear and a third gear are formed respectively to the thin wall parts.
