PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable terminal connecting structure and a coaxial cable terminal connection method in which wiring work of the terminal part of the coaxial cable can be simplified. SOLUTION: The coaxial cable terminal connecting structure 1 is provided with a first coaxial cable terminal connecting member 8 which has an insertion face in which a plurality of first insertion holes to which each terminal of coaxial cable 7 is inserted are installed, a joining face in which a plurality of engaging holes to cross the first insertion holes at a position visible of a shield line of respective coaxial cable inserted in the first insertion hole are installed and is arranged crossing the insertion face, and an exposure face which communicates with each of first insertion hole and has a plurality of second insertion holes in which each signal wire of the coaxial cable inserted in the first insertion hole penetrates and is arranged crossing the joining face, and a second coaxial cable terminal connection member 10 which has a main body and a plurality of engagement projections which are respectively inserted in the engaging holes, have a length to press the shield wire in the first insertion hole, and are installed in the main body and is joined to the joining face.
