PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool the heat generating section in a simple and fine appearance structure. SOLUTION: A disk drive has a main wiring board 7 mounting a large-scale integrated circuit LSI and other electronic components, a sub-wiring-board 11 mounting a transformer 13 and other electronic components, both arranged in a case 1, and a fan 17 to make an air stream in an air flow path A running along the outside of the loader 2 from the front panel 1a to the exhaust port 16 of the rear chassis 1c in the case 1. By arranging the main wiring-board 7 between the loader 2 and the rear chassis 1c, the above large-scale integrated circuit LSI is arranged in the air flow path A, the fan 17 under this main wiring-board 7, the transformer 13 in the air flow path A between the fan 17 and the exhaust port 16, and air guide plates 24, 25 at both sides of the air flow path A between the loader 2 and the rear chassis 1c.
