PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles which give not only spreadability and smoothness but also slippery touch to cosmetics, which, as particles alone, also have smoothness and slippery touch and which are good in dispersive properties in a hydrophobic medium. SOLUTION: Provided are crosslinked (meth)acrylate based resin particles which are formed by copolymerizing monomer components comprising a (meth)acrylate and a monomer having a carboxyl group and in which at least parts of the surfaces are coated with a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 2-14, and its manufacturing method.
