PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new shrimp allergen and anti-shrimp allergen antibody. SOLUTION: The shrimp allergen comprises a shrimp collagen or its polypeptide fragment. The new shrimp allergen is used to provide the anti-shrimp allergen antibody, the method for detecting contamination of a shrimp allergen, the reagent for detecting contamination of a shrimp allergen, the method for measuring the sensitivity to a shrimp allergen and the reagent for measuring the sensitivity to a shrimp allergen.
