PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which is not dropped with tears, sweat or the like and can easily be removed by rubbing movements by a makeup remover, and is excellent in a makeup-retaining effect, usability (lightweight, smoothness), and cosmetic film uniformity. SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic comprises the following components (A) to (C); (A) an ester of a rosin with glycerol, wherein the rosin is a disproportionated and/or hydrated rosin ester compound, (B) a lipophilic powdery material, (C) an evaporable oily agent.
