THE CATALYST USED IN THE REACTION OF BROMINATING OXIDATION OF METHANE AND THE CATALYST USED IN THE FARTHER REACTION OF PRODUCING HIGHER HYDROCARBON

A catalyst is used in the reaction of brominating oxidation of methane. The catalyst is prepared by the following procedures: mixing at least one of the precursors selected from the compounds of Rh, Ru, Cu, Zn, Ag, Ce, V, W, Cd, Mo, Mn, Cr and La which can dissolve in water with the Si precursor, hydrolyzing, drying and sintering. Under the system of the catalyst, methane react with HBr, H₂O and oxygen source(O₂, air or oxygen-enriched air), and CH₃Br and CH₂Br₂are produced finally. A catalyst is used in the reaction of dehydrobromination of brominated methane to prepare C₃-C₁₃ hydrocarbon. The catalyst is prepared by loading the compounds of Zn or Mg on the molecular sieves such as HZSM-5, HY, Hb, 3A, 4A, 5A or 13X et al.. By using the catalyst, CH₃Br and CH₂Br₂ produced in the process of brominating of methane can react farther. At last C₃ to C₁₃ hydrocarbon and HBr are obtained and HBr can be used as cycling reaction medium.
