The generator (3) has nozzles (5) ejecting water that strikes a circular covering (1), where the generator transfers kinetic energy using the circular covering. The nozzles are attached inside or outside the generator. The circular covering is centrically connected with an axle by two fastening strips (2). The nozzles guide water on a surface of the circular covering at a tip angle (6). The nozzles are fastened at a holder (4) and produce water jet that sets the circular covering in movement.
