<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system for public racing which refunds money to a public racing fan everywhere and even on weekdays. <P>SOLUTION: This data processing system for public racing, which is connected to a customer terminal and a bank system via a network, comprises an account registration means to receive customer terminal individual information and refund account information from the customer terminal, to check the account by communication with the bank system, and to registers an account for transfer, a betting acceptance means to control issuance of an electronic betting ticket or a paper betting ticket containing a two-dimensional code made by coding URL of betting contents and refund information in response to electronic betting by electronic money from the customer terminal or betting by cash at a ticketing machine, and a refund means to receive a refund request from the customer terminal which has read the two-dimensional code, to check the account registration, and to transfer to the corresponding account by communication with the bank system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
