<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer system for preventing lines from being printed in a wrong order, and also preventing a capacity of a receiver buffer from being increased in printing using a printer linked to World Wide Web. <P>SOLUTION: A print data creating section 103 divides an area which generates a print command into blocks, and generates print data for every block. A sequence number is given to all packets including a scanning instruction and the scanning instruction is generated and transmitted to a printer 102. A print command analysis section 108 determines whether all the packets for 1 block are received. If it is confirmed all are received, a print control section 111 starts scanning.
