<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active-matrix driving display device which secures a large display area without lowering the display quality and without sharply raising a manufacturing cost, and to provide an active matrix circuit board used as a component of the display device. <P>SOLUTION: Around a through hole, a low voltage connecting portion and a high voltage connecting portion are provided which are connected to pixel driving circuits for driving pixel electrodes so that the low voltage power lines and high voltage power lines are bundled, so that a space for the power lines can be saved.
