摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently screening a protein capable of linking to a target molecule with high affinity, and a nucleic acid linker designed so as to adapt to the method. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a nucleic acid linker for producing a complex formed between mRNA and a protein encoded by the mRNA. The nucleic acid linker links to a single-stranded polynucleotide portion hybridizable to the mRNA in the state of branching from the single-stranded polynucleotide portion, wherein the nucleic acid linker includes an arm portion having a protein-binding portion in its terminal end and the arm portion includes a photocleavage site or a cleavage site for single-stranded nucleic acid nicking enzyme.
