<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt wearing system and a seat belt wear promoting method capable of motivating the wear promotion of a rear seat belt, and achieving the simple wear of the seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: The seat belt wearing system comprises a vehicle state detection means 36 for detecting the vehicle state according to the vehicle operation or the traveling state from the ride of a driver to a traveling condition, seating detection means 58A-58C for detecting the seating on a rear seat, wear detection means 35A-35C for detecting the wear of the rear seat belt, and an alarm control means 37 for giving an alarm to an occupant in the rear seat by an alarming method according to the vehicle state when the wear detection means does not detect that the rear seat belt for the rear seat with its seating being detected by the seating detection means is worn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
