<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking stove with one of a plurality of types of top plates and one of a plurality of types of bodies selectively combined, for simplifying manufacture and sale management, and to provide its manufacture and sale management system. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacture and sale management system, a body and a top plate of the gas cooking stove as desired are each selected through a catalogue in a sales office by a customer, and order receiving information is transmitted from a sales office terminal 20 to a chief office terminal 30 linked thereto via a communication line 40. When receiving the order receiving information from the sales office terminal 20, the chief office terminal 30 searches whether the body 2 and the top plate 3 having a combination of items shown by the order receiving information are in stock or not in a chief office inventory storage area. When they are in stock in the mother office, it takes up delivery processing.
