PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe water/oil-repellent processed fiber structure keeping excellent water-repellency even after washing, having good color fastness such as friction fastness and wet fastness in a dyed product and scarcely generating harmful formaldehyde gas. SOLUTION: The water/oil-repellent fiber structure is produced by treating a cloth composed of a polyester fiber and a polyurethane fiber with a water-soluble phenolic polymer compound having a weight-average molecular weight of≥30,000 and then treating with a fluorine-based water/oil-repelling agent.
