PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact piezoelectric device even when an electrical component other than a piezoelectric element are housed in a package. SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric device provided with the piezoelectric element 20, the electrical component 30 connected electrically to the piezoelectric element 20 and the package 40 housing the piezoelectric element 20 and the electrical component 30, the package 40 is made of a low temperature fired substrate, and when the low temperature fired substrate is fired, a printed conductor is fired to form the entire of the electrical component 30 or a portion of it.
