PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lateral seal provided to heated multiple longitudinal seals wherein a gap between a rotor-side frame and a rotor-surface-side longitudinal seal is eliminated to prevent a spring and the like provided to heated parts from losing resilience. SOLUTION: A groove is provided in the butt end of the rotor-surface-side longitudinal seal 3, and a cooling pipe is provided from the outside into the inside of the groove. The cooling pipe is formed in the shape of a spring in the cooling pipe, and is passed into a spring in the adjacent groove to be formed in the shape of the spring. Thus, the cooling pipe is formed successively in the shape of the spring in the spring space, and taken out to the outside of the spring space. A plate is fastened to a lateral seal 5. The lateral seal 5 and the plate are fastened to a protrusion of a binding reducer 6, and a recess is made in the groove to fit the fastened seal.
