PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device for a vehicle capable of effectively absorbing thermal expansion of an intermediate part of the exhaust device and inhibiting deformation of the intermediate part. SOLUTION: The exhaust device 36 is supported on an engine E at an upstream part 36a thereof, is supported on a vehicle body frame FR at a downstream part 36b and is supported on the vehicle body frame FR by a mounting bracket 53 and a fastening member 15 inserted through a mounting hole 53a of the mounting bracket 53 at an intermediate part 36c thereof. The mounting hole 53a is set at a size allowing displacement of the intermediate part due to thermal expansion. In an embodiment, an up-and-down direction dimension H of the mounting hole 53a is 1.3-2.3 times of an outer diameter D of a section 55b which is inserted through the mounting hole 53 of a fastening member 15.
