PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device in which deposit is hard to generate in a nozzle hole formed at the end thereof. SOLUTION: This fuel injection device 1 comprises: a cylindrical holder 140 for internally holding a cylindrical valve body 130 having a fuel flow passage 125 and a valve seat 133 and a nozzle hole plate 11 disposed on the downstream side of the valve body 130 and jetting the fuel flowing out of the fuel flow passage 125 into an internal combustion engine; and a valve element 120 for opening and closing the fuel flow passage 125 by leaving and sitting on the valve seat 133. The nozzle hole plate 11 is formed of a plate member 110 having a plurality of flat surface layers containing an inflow side flat surface layer 110a and a jetting side flat surface layer 110b ranging from the inflow side toward the jetting side. The inflow side flat surface layer 110a and the jetting side flat surface layer 11b are formed of the members having different coefficients of linear expansion, respectively. The nozzle hole plate 11 is curved when receiving heat from the internal combustion engine, and the deposit formed on the inner peripheral wall surface of the nozzle hole 111 is peeled off.
