PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form-removing tool for form interval-holding and connecting, and a concrete form construction method capable of solving the problem of requiring a large number of working hours for removing a pivot foot bolt and a form after the concrete is hardened in a conventional method wherein, when separating the form, the pivot foot bolt and the form are removed after the concrete is hardened and a cone body is removed from a concrete surface by rotating a cone-removing tool. SOLUTION: The tool has a female screw with a separator receiving groove for screwing one end of the separator on the end face of a smaller diameter of a conical shaped cone. Also, on the larger diameter end face of the cone forming a hexagon-shaped concave, a cross-shaped fastening groove into which a cross-shaped fastener can be inserted/fixed on the bottom face of the concave and a female screw with a pivot-foot receiving groove for screwing one end of the pivot foot bolt are included. Furthermore, the invention provides the concrete form construction method for placing concrete, screw-releasing the form-removing and form-interval holding/connection tool from the concrete skeleton and removing the concrete form.
