PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home delivery box where both two cases are possible that the box is unlocked even if the unlocking key is lost and that the box is protected from any unfair unlocking. SOLUTION: The home delivery box 1 comprises a central controller 2, a main memory 3, a bio-information collector 41, a portable memory means controller 5 connected with a portable memory means 6 and a cargo electronic lock 7. When a delivery person puts a cargo in the home delivery box 1, the person connects the portable memory means 6 with the portable memory controller 5. The bio-information collector 41 collects the delivery clerk's bio-information and stores it in the portable memory means 6 and the main memory 3.
