PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a quantity of resin used while maintaining the performance of a bottle. SOLUTION: The shoulder 5, barrel 6, and bottom 7 of a container body 1 are formed from a base resin so as to be thinner than a mouth 4. A gas barrier layer formed from a core resin is disposed on the internal face, external face, or the inside between the internal and external faces of the wall of the container body formed from the base resin. Part or entire barrel is covered with a reinforcing cylindrical body 2 made of paper as its main constituent. An inactive gas B is sealed in the container body together with liquid contents A.
