PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel capable of locking a skin end part in a groove part on a rim body with higher strength. SOLUTION: A rim part 13 has the substantially annular ring-shaped rim body 23, the first skin 50 and the second skin 60. A pair of groove parts 35 and 45 extending in the peripheral direction of the rim part 13, are respectively arranged in different two places on the outer peripheral edge of the rim body 23 in a cross section orthogonal to the peripheral direction of the rim part 13. Both skins 50 and 50 are put on the rim part 23 so as to cover its part. Respective one end parts 51 and 61 of both skins 50 and 60 are respectively arranged in the groove parts 35 and 45, and are locked on the rim body 23. The steering wheel 12 having such a constitution also has a first engaging member 71 and a second engaging member 81 for engaging the end parts 51 and 61 in the groove parts 35 and 45 with the rim body 23, by arranging at least a part of itself in the respective groove parts 35 and 45.
