TREATING METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HOT-MELTING ADHESIVE POWDER USING ON NON-METAL SURFACE

A treating method for hot-melting adhesive powder using on non-metal surface is provided, which includes the steps of applying cleanser, applying electric liquid, radiating treating, spraying hot-melting adhesive powder and curing treating. Moreover a treating apparatus for carrying out the above method is also provided, which includes a transfer belt (2), a radiating chamber (3), a spraying chamber (4) and a heating chamber (5). The non-metal subject treated with cleanser and electric liquid is placed on the transfer belt (2), and transferred through a UV radiating chamber, where radiating treating on surface is carried out by using a UV radiation combining with ozone. Then the subject passes through a spraying chamber (4), where the surface of subject is sprayed with charged hot-melting adhesive powder. Further the subject passes through a heating chamber to melt the hot-melting adhesive powder adhesion on the surface, thus the powder become a liquid adhesive thick film for adhering.
