METHOD FOR SCHEDULING OF QOS PACKET AND BASESTATION IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A QoS(Quality of Service) packet scheduling method of a communication system and a BS(Base Station) are provided to determine transmission order of QoS packets from at least one piece of information, from band allocation size and determined scheduling intervals, thereby receiving plural subscribers within a maximum latency range. A QoS packet scheduler receiving packets on every frame stores queue size information included in the packets in a flow DB(S810,S820,S830). The scheduler calculates scheduling intervals(S840). A transmission list of a terminal is generated(S850). A message generator generates a UL(Uplink)-MAP message including the generated transmission list information and band allocation size, and transmits the generated UL-MAP message to the terminal by a packet transmitter(S860-S880).
