Mobile concrete mixing plant (10) and relative assembly method, wherein the plant comprises a supporting frame (11) which supports at least a mixer (12), and a loading member (13) to feed the mixer (12) with the inert materials necessary for the production of concrete, and wherein the supporting frame (11) maintains, in an operating condition, the mixer (12') at a height from the ground such as to allow to discharge the concrete from above into a heavy work vehicle. The supporting frame (11) comprises a plurality of parts (20, 21, 22) articulated to each other so as to be reciprocally configured to define both the operating condition and also a transport condition, in which the plant (10) has a contained bulk such as to be transportable on the road, with a standard transport vehicle.
