A transport network resource utilizing apparatus such as a radio network controller (RNC) includes a setting unit, a communication unit and a management unit. When the communication unit receives an SRNS relocation request, the management unit generates a new call different from the first call, and new call information and adds the new call information to the new call. The first call information comprises information identifying an lur interface and lub interface. The new call information comprises information identifying an lu interface and lub interface. The management does not delete the first call information so that in the event of failure of the relocation procedure, it is possible to return to the original state. Embodiments also describe the apparatus including a C-plane device and T-plane device separated from each other. |
