COMPOSITE SEAL

A composite seal is provided to be effectively operated between constitution elements of which have large difference between chemical expansion coefficients and thermal expansion coefficients. A composite seal(10) includes first and second metal layers(12,20) and a mineral layer(28). The first metal layer includes a first outer circumference(14) and a first opening(18). The first opening passes through the first metal layer and is formed by a first inner circumference(16). The second metal layer is arranged above the first metal layer having a gap from the first metal layer and includes a second outer circumference(22) and a second opening(26). The second opening is formed by a second inner circumference(24). The mineral layer is interposed between the first metal layer and the second metal layer and includes a third opening(30).
