TACKIFIER RESIN, PREPARATION METHOD OF THE SAME, AND ACRYLIC ADHESIVE COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

A tackifier resin, a method for preparing the tackifier resin, and an acrylic adhesive composition containing the tackifier resin are provided to improve the compatibility with an acrylic polymer and to lower a softening point. A tackifier resin comprises 20-60 wt% of a cyclopentadiene-based monomer; 10-40 wt% of an acrylic monomer containing an ester group; and 20-60 wt% of a cyclic olefin-based monomer. The tackifier resin is prepared by polymerizing a cyclopentadiene-based monomer, an acrylic monomer containing an ester group and a cyclic olefin-based monomer to prepare a polymer; and hydrogenating the obtained polymer.
