A wire-rope roller is provided to reduce damage to a roller unit and a wire-rope and to increase life-span thereof with minimizing resistance during rotation by preventing twist of the wire-rope. A wire-rope roller includes roller groups(20) and wire-ropes(10). The roller groups consist of rollers(22). The rollers have different diameters from each other. A smallest-diameter roller is formed on the top of the roller group. Below the smallest-diameter roller, the rollers are laminated in sequence. Diameters of rollers are getting greater going down the roller group. The wire-ropes contact to each of the rollers and moves by rotation of the roller group. The roller groups are arranged differently to the next roller group to change direction of the wire-rope. |
