An interlayer noise isolation structure of a floor slab is provided to reduce and isolate interlayer noise by having a shock absorbing sheet having a shock absorbing projection and a support board between a floor slab and an ondol, thereby forming an air layer between a floor slab and an ondol. An interlayer noise isolation structure of a floor slab, capable of cutting off interlayer noise effectively by forming an air layer for reducing interlayer noise between a floor slab and an ondol, comprises a shock absorbing sheet(10) provided with many shock absorbing projections(12) to form an air layer and to cut off water on the upper part of a floor slab, a support board(20) coupled with the top of the shock absorbing sheet by a binder to keep bearing capacity, an insulation layer(30) composed of an insulating material and formed on the upper part of the support board, and an ondol formed on the upper part of the insulation layer.
