REFRIGERANT SYSTEM WITH MULTI-SPEED SCROLL COMPRESSOR AND ECONOMIZER CIRCUIT

A cooling system with a multi-speed scroll compressor and an economizer circuit is provided to employ a suction adjusting valve positioned at a down stream of an evaporator. At least one compressor(22) includes a multi-speed drive used to supply a multiple speed. A condenser(46) is positioned at a downstream of the compressor. A main expansion device(52) is positioned at the downstream of the condenser. An evaporator(54) is positioned at the downstream of the main expansion device. An economizer heat exchanger is positioned at the middle portion of the condenser and the evaporator. An economizer circuit receives an economizer expansion device and the economizer heat exchanger. A controller(44) selectively operates the economizer circuit in order to realize multi-level capacitance.
