A wearing pulsimeter device, remote pulse diagnosis system and method using the same are provided to completely understand both time and spatial characteristics of a pulse by appropriately arranging minute unit cells of a pulse sensor unit in an array form. A wearing pulsimeter device includes a belt or ring type wearing unit, a sensor unit(110), and a data processing unit. The sensor unit is positioned at one side of the wearing unit to measure a pulse wave and has an air bag and an imaging device. The transparent air bag is in contact with a skin where the pulse wave is to be measured. The imaging device is spaced apart from the air bag. The data processing unit processes the pulse wave data measured by the sensor unit. The air bag has a lattice pattern printed on a bottom thereof.
