摘要 <p>A radio resource allocation method for considering QoS(Quality of Service) in a broadband wireless access system using an MIMO(Multi Input Multi Output) mode and a device therefor are provided to allocate radio resources first by priority in accordance with service ranks irrespective of a distance between a mobile terminal and a base station so that a user can receive the best service. A cell service area of a base station is divided into the first and second double ring areas(410). A mode control signal is received(412). If the mode control signal is the first allocation mode, radio resources are sequentially allocated from a mobile terminal corresponding to the best-priority service type according to priority of preset service type ranks except a particular service type within the first ring area(414). If the radio resource allocation is completed, the radio resources are sequentially allocated from the mobile terminal corresponding to the best-priority service type except the particular service type within the second ring area(416-420).</p>
