An axial fan apparatus, a housing, and an electronic apparatus are provided to prevent generation of vortex and reduce noise by forming plural slits in an inclined direction of blades. An axial fan apparatus comprises an axial fan impeller(5), a driving unit, and a housing(3). The rotary axial fan impeller has plural blades(7) inclined with respect to a rotary axis. The driving unit rotates the axial fan impeller. The housing has the driving unit including plural slits(35a) which are inclined with respect to the rotary axis. The blade includes an auxiliary vane placed on an end portion of the outer periphery and a negative pressure generating surface of the end portion.
