A slide hinge device and a portable terminal inculding the device are provided to enable a second slider to do sliding motion in a direction roughly equal to a sliding mobile direction of the first slider and to do sliding motion in a direction roughly vertical to the sliding mobile direction of the first slider. A first slider(120) does sliding motion along the first direction in connection with a base(110). A second slider(130) does sliding motion together with the first slider in connection with the first slider, and does sliding motion in a direction roughly vertical to the first direction on the first slider. An elastic member(140) is further comprised. One end of the elastic member is connected to the first guiding hole and a penetration hole formed on the base, so that the one end moves along the first guiding hole, and the other end thereof is connected to a coupling hole formed on the first slider.
