An organic light emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to simplify a process without a process using a mask and implement a fine pattern for high integration of the device. An organic light emitting display device includes a barrier layer(52), organic light emitting layers(54a,54b,54c), top and bottom electrodes(56,55), and an insulating layer(57). The barrier layer has pores which are arranged at regular intervals by anodic oxidation of an aluminum substrate. The organic light emitting layers are formed inside the pores. The top and bottom electrodes are connected to the organic light emitting layers. The insulating layer is formed on surfaces of the top and bottom electrodes.
