An audio signal processing method and a device thereof are provided to include bit allocation information of a downmix signal in enhanced object information, thereby maximally reducing errors during quantization of an enhanced object and the downmix signal and avoiding noise generation. An information receiver receives more than one selection object and downmix information mixed with a basic object, and receives object information and enhanced object information. An information generation unit(220) extracts more than one selection object from the downmix information, by using the object information and the enhanced object information. The enhanced object information includes bit information of the downmix information.
