A mobile terminal is provided to make it possible to receive a signal whose frequency is low as well as to get small sized and slim. A mobile terminal includes a main PCB(130) and an assistant PCB(140). The main PCB includes a ground unit which is the first electric conduction face. A signal connection line(500) passes a back lower part of the main PCB and gets connected to the assistant PCB. In this case, a ground unit is not formed in a part over the back lower part of the main PCB where the signal connection line passes in order to reduce parasitic capacitance. Though the first electric conduction face is not a ground unit of the main PCB, the ground unit is not formed in a part over the back lower part of the main PCB where the signal connection line passes in order to reduce parasitic capacitance.
