<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure for a wiring appliance capable of reducing man-hours required for soldering, and realizing high reliability of soldering connection. <P>SOLUTION: This structure comprises a base 2 attached at a building surface F, and a body 3 connected with the base 2. At least two wiring connection fixtures 5 connected with external wirings respectively are disposed inside the base 2. On the other hand, at least two inner part connection fixtures 6 having soldering connection parts 6b soldered with respective terminal pins 8 of a circuit board and joint connecting parts 6a jointed with the respective wiring connection fixtures 5 are disposed inside the body 3.
