Method for manufacturing plastic hollow bodies by blow moulding

The method involves detecting a parameter, which is characterized for a button image of buttons formed at a head of a hollow body and/or along an intersection point in a side area of the hollow body. The parameter is compared with a default value. Gas quantity contained in a tube during a closing process of a blow mold (4) is corrected in a time interval between a closing time point of a tube closing device and a time point in which the blow mold is closed in case of unacceptable deviation of the parameter from the default value to produce a desired button image.
