The method involves pivotingly mounting a baffle e.g. right baffle (12a), on a technical front surface (10) i.e. structural element, of a motor vehicle between a mounting position and an operating position on the vehicle. The baffle is molded in another mounting position that corresponds to a position in which the general shape of the baffle is free of undercut. Materials are injected using a mold comprising a lock.
