An apparatus for adjusting tension of a belt of linear motion guides is provided to adjust easily tension of the belt by rotating a tension adjusting screw along lock and unlock directions. An apparatus for adjusting tension of a belt of linear motion guides includes a main body, a moving block reciprocated along the main body, and a belt driver(500) for moving the moving block through the belt. The moving block includes belt tension adjusting units(440,450) for adjusting tension of the belt. Each of the belt tension adjusting units includes a case coupled with the moving block, a guide pulley for guiding the belt, and a pair of tension rollers, which are rotatably implemented at both sides of the case so as to adjust the tension of the belt coupled with the guide pulley.
