A surgical apparatus for a bone fracture is provided to reduce danger such as shock by reducing surgical time and minimizing bleeding without affecting intradermal soft tissues of a patient. A surgical apparatus for a bone fracture includes a rod coupling device, a rod insertion guide(320), and a one touch holder(330). The rod coupling device is coupled with a correction rod(200). The rod insertion guide receives the rod coupling device inside to provide a moving path of the rod coupling device. The one touch holder is connected to the rod coupling device inside the rod insertion guide and has a rotating unit. The correction rod has a conically protruded rod tip, a curved rod body, and a rod end received inside the rod insertion guide.
