PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode supporting substrate for a solid oxide fuel cell having a strength property without bringing about a crack or a split even if it is used under a severe condition in which it is alternately exposed in a high-temperature, to an oxidizing atmosphere and a reducing atmosphere under a heavy lamination load, when putting the substrate to practical use as the fuel cell while it is combined with electrode printing and a solid electrolytic film and a number of the composites are laminated.
SOLUTION: In an anode support substrate which is composed of a conductive component (A) of 40-80 mass% and a structure component (B) of 20-60 mass% and of which the porosity is 20-50%, a mapping picture taken by an energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) using an energy dispersion type X-ray analysis device for a substrate cross-section has spots [AB] where the conductive component (A) and the structure component (B) are mixed and spots [A] where the conductive and structure components (A), (B) are not mixed but only the conductive component (A) exists, wherein a prescribed number of the spots [A] are dotted and each of the dotted spot [A] has the maximum major axis of 8-100 μm and the average major axis of 5-50 μm, respectively.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
