A towel manufacturing method is provided to perform a weaving process by means of a yarn mixed by the bamboo fiber and the cotton fiber. Thirty strands of the cotton of 30% having two braids, twenty strands of cotton of 18% of one braid, twenty strands of cotton of 17% of one braid and the bamboo fiber of 35% as the remaining component are mixed and weaved, so that a towel is manufactured. Silver is dissolved in a melting cistern and then potassium carbonate of 1000g is added, agitated slowly, dried so that the silver salt is obtained as small particles. The produced silver salt of 100g is dissolved in water of 200g and then the powder of iron oxide of 30g is mixed with each other. Thereafter, the mixture is agitated for 1 hour, soaked. Thereafter, when the sediment is produced, the sediment is filtered and then the pH thereof is controlled by 8.5 through the small amount of powder of calcium carbonate and then 7 through glacial acetic acid. The filtered silver solution of 100g is diluted by water of 400g so that the silver collide solution is prepared. The towel is bleached, dyed, immersed by the silver collide solution, and dried at a drier of 100 °C for 2 minutes. |
