A wearing pulsimeter device, remote pulse diagnosis system and method using the same are provided to enable remote diagnosis by installing a haptic device at a client side. A wearing pulsimeter device(100) includes a wearing unit(140), a sensor unit(110), and a data processing unit(120). The sensor unit has a skin contact unit, a pulse wave sensor unit, and a space unit. The skin contact unit is made of magnetic material and in contact with a skin where a pulse wave is to be measured. The pulse wave sensor unit is spaced apart from the skin contact unit and formed in an array shape by using one of a GMR(Giant Magneto-Resistive) element, an MTJ(Magnetic Tunneling Junction) element, and a hall element as a unit cell. The space unit forms a predetermined space between the skin contact unit and the pulse wave sensor unit.
