The method involves atomizing agents by compressed gas by atomizer nozzles (2), which are distributed in a room (1). The agents are atomized in the atomizer nozzles by a fine atomization with the help of high compressed gas to an aerosol or by a rough atomization by low compressed gas to a lowered fluid mist. A compressed gas conduit is subjected with high and low compressed gas for alternative fine or rough atomization of the agents. An agent conduit is alternatively connected with an agent container or a water conduit (17). An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a method for applying liquid agents to deodorize and disinfect a room e.g. stall.
