A steam heating tank is provided to prevent burning of a porridge type heating object in the inner wall of a heating tank by heating the porridge type heating object in a steam method. A steam heating tank comprises a cylindrical heating tank, a mixer(50), a mixing spatula(80), and a steam nozzle. The mixer is rotatably mounted in the heating tank to mix a porridge type heating object in the heating tank. The mixing spatula, mounted on two sides of the mixer, is adjacent to the inner wall of the heating tank to scrape the heating object adhered to the inner wall of the heating tank. The steam nozzle is formed at the upper part of the heating tank to be heated by steam when the heating object is mixed according to the rotation of the mixer. |
