SAVING ENERGY STYLE THE PACKING BIO-ACTIVE WHOLE SOYBEAN CURD TO MANUFACTURED METHOD & THAT MACHINE

A method for preparing bioactive whole dubu(bean curd), and an apparatus for preparing bioactive whole dubu are provided to save energy, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of dubu. A method for preparing bioactive whole dubu comprises the steps of mixing a bioactive bean particle and soft water in a ratio of 1:5.5 to prepare soybean milk, steaming it to prepare the steamed soybean milk of 102 deg.C, cooling it to 5-18 deg.C, and adding enzyme and a coagulant to it to prepare the cooled soybean milk; charging the obtained soybean milk into a EVOH film container; injecting the charged film container into the soft water of 60-65 deg.C for 30-40 min to mold the packaged bioactive whole dubu and low temperature sterilizing it at the soft water of 80 deg.C for 30 min; and rapidly cooling the sterilized one at the cooling water of 1-5 deg.C.
